A thought today, John Dorsey is available. He help build by bring in the correct personnel for both the KC Chiefs and the best players that are playing well for the Cleveland Browns. The Dorsey team in both cases found the correct players for each situation and drafted well. What do you think?

Actually, I think - after a few lackluster seasons - SK has done a very good job upgrading our roster (although there's still more to be done).

A key problem is that we're in a very competitive division.

From a coaching and management standpoint, our competitors present a very high standard for us to emulate.
