The Buffalo Bills have been very aggressive in their pursuit of a franchise quarterback this offseason. They traded former starter Tyrod Taylor to the Cleveland Browns early in March, making their plans at the quarterback position apparent. They then gave free agent passer AJ McCarron a glorified backup quarterback’s deal, making it clear that they don’t want to commit to any veteran signal caller long-term. Buffalo also traded left tackle Cordy Glenn and the 21st overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft to the Cincinnati Bengals in exchange for the 12th pick, and the team may not be done moving up.
