same. that Broncos team looks awful and I liked how Gannon got the team prepared for games last year and love what we saw for 6 of 8 quarters so far this year.

Same. Really wanted him. Sometimes when all the power is in one man's hands it is suboptimal.

Yeah...our issues are pretty much all personnel acquisition...and I think that's on Monti and JG both... Montis job, but I think JG specified attitudes and attributes he wants or doesn't want. Which makes sense until they get established...not only culture but our young coaches... however I think that time is coming to an end. Our youngsters are maturing into leaders and our young staff has earned plenty of street cred in the league.
I really think with 3 or 4 strong pieces on defense next off season our window is officially open.
