Reynolds being slowly coverted to 1B?

News: D-Backs' manager A.J. Hinch will use Reynolds at first base whenever Chad Tracy isn't in the lineup, the team's official site reports.

Spin: Reynolds made his fifth start of the season at first base on Tuesday night, while Tracy's playing time has significantly dropped off with Hinch at the helm for Arizona (48 at-bats in 18 May games). It remains to be seen how the D-Backs will handle first base and left field when Conor Jackson returns from the DL, but Reynolds' playing time appears to be much safer than Tracy's at this point.

With the way Roberts is playing, I like it.

Reynolds is much more valuable long term playing 3rd. However, there are zero other options in the organization so the best line-up this year probably has Reynolds at 1st.

Huh? Doesn't he just have a flu or what the heck is going on with him? He's still the D'backs best hitter (though he wasnt showing it this year) and always had a good OBP, they really need his bat back in the lineup.

He has Valley Fever. Probably will not be totally healthy until next year.

I would like to continue to see Reynolds at first and Roberts at 3rd. Roberts is hitting the ball extremely well while Tracy has been awful so lets keep Roberts out there.

Wouldn't be surprised if Tracy becomes trade bait towards the deadline. Hopefully his bat heats up so his value increases

Id love to see both Byrnes and Tracy moved, but they both probably currently have negative trade value.
