Just a note. Under ARS, Endangerment can be classified as a class 6 felony. I understand JRich was charged with Endangerment as well. It will probably will be handled as a misdemeanor but there is also good reason to handle it as a felony.

Also, it seems odd that he's in trouble like this. Since he's been here, he's been relatively calm when it comes to demeanor on the court. i can't remember any technicals he's gotten, or anything else like that. This is a stupid thing for him to be doing. Say he forgot his kid's seat in his wife's car or whatever excuse he's got. Wouldn't that be a reason to be doing 30 in a 35 zone, not 90? I just can't comprehend the logic behind putting yourself in danger by driving like that, much less a child.
