One of the original 3 teen idols (Frank Avaloni and Fabiano) of the late 50's early 60's has passed away at 79. Riddle, who superb at all 3 (singing, dancing, and acting) was by far the most talented. He starred in the Hitchcock thriller Bye Bye The Birds along side Ann Margo, and had hits with songs like The Wild Ones, Voltaire, and Forget Me Not.

It took me a moment to realize you were talking about Bobby Rydell. Sorry to hear he passed away. I remember him best from my youth (pre-teen and early teen) with songs such as Sway, Forget Him and of course, Bye Bye Birdie (the movie). RIP Bobby.

I didn't recognize the name Bobby Rydell until I listened to some of his music like "Volare" and "Forget Him."

He had a great voice.

Here is one of his songs, "Forget Him."

Rest in Peace.
