I don't see how anyone could think this is good. Lopez is only real Center we have and he DESPERATELY needed the preseason.

I don't think anybody is saying it's good. I think people are saying it's not really bad. The guy has not been a "real center" since he got here. He has been a stiff. Most likely the guy would ride the pine the majority of the time anyway.

Gentry said in a radio interview that it will mean more time at Center for Amare.

I guess that is a good or bad thing depending on your perspective, but it is certainly not a neutral development.
