Rockets, Suns announce Anderson trade

The Phoenix Suns officially acquired forward Ryan Anderson as part of a four-player deal with the Houston Rockets on Friday. The Suns also land rookie guard De'Anthony Melton while guards Marquese Chriss and Brandon Knight are headed to Houston in the deal, which was first reported by ESPN on Thursday night. "We are excited to welcome Ryan Anderson and De'Anthony Melton to Phoenix," Suns general manager Ryan McDonough said in a release.
