If Book is going to be the distributor in games when he is in there, he needs to tighten his ball handling skills. He stops his dribble in spots where he doesn't need to which invites the double. He jumps to pass sometimes leading to turn overs. He gets the ball slapped away not using his body to protect the ball. He needs to find someone he respects like a CP3 to give him some craftsmanship of the PG position. The strategies are different, too. Book was a two always, and that's a whole lot easier. I think that's how he can up his game and learn to deal with the double teams, too.

As a point guard he's barely adequate on offense and a huge liability on defense. Why he spends so much time as a PG escapes me. I'm old enough to remember when he was actually a quality shooting guard.
