RO is a streaky shooter. He knew his own condition and passed up several 3pt shots already. Suns' problem is not to have more sets to enable Allen getting open 3pt chances but allow defense to force them to our lesser shooters.
Vogel is giving Bol and Saben crucial battle tests by putting Bol back with 3 fouls. He gave too many those chances to KBD, Goodwin, Yuta, and Metu earlier, without much return. It's calculated risk.
