Evidently, Chris flew to Los Angeles to see a specialist and get an MRI there. It's not sounding good. If it was likely OK and the MRI was just precautionary, he wouldn't have flown to Los Angeles.Yeah. The longer it drags on, the more I worry.

I keep forgetting it's the break. I hope that's the case.Chris Paul has family there so it may not be as bad as it sounds although I'm still worried.

His house is there, his kids are there. It's the All-Star break so he would be going home anyways. And now likely not playing in the ASG So having it done were he will be for the next week makes sense.Chris Paul has family there so it may not be as bad as it sounds although I'm still worried.

That is crazy foreshadowing there LOL.The fact that he's getting the MRI in LA is probably not any bigger deal than if he were to get one in PHX.
He goes into it a bit in the podcast he did with JJ Reddick. Timestamped here:xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media
As a mildly claustrophobic person who's had to do a couple of MRIs myself (only on knees though), I completely sympathize.
As a three time back surgery veteran, I’ve been in too of many Full body MRIs to count at this point. And they all suck.As a mildly claustrophobic person who's had to do a couple of MRIs myself (only on knees though), I completely sympathize.
Have had a couple MRIs. One for my chronic migraines and the other on my back. I get to do another one because my neck I think has a dislocated or messed up disc I have been ignoring. Now my neck is swelling in one spot every few weeks. I guess that's what I get for ignoring it. Can't wait!!!!!As a mildly claustrophobic person who's had to do a couple of MRIs myself (only on knees though), I completely sympathize.
Ugh.Evidently, Chris flew to Los Angeles to see a specialist and get an MRI there. It's not sounding good. If it was likely OK and the MRI was just precautionary, he wouldn't have flown to Los Angeles.
Good point. Slightly less ugh.I keep forgetting it's the break. I hope that's the case.
Already established that he went to LA because he hates full body MRI Machines and his doctor there has one that he can just put his hand in.Good point. Slightly less ugh.
He bought a house here I thought. His house is there, his kids are there. It's the All-Star break so he would be going home anyways. And now likely not playing in the ASG So having it done were he will be for the next week makes sense.
He has a house there and lives there during the off seasonEvidently, Chris flew to Los Angeles to see a specialist and get an MRI there. It's not sounding good. If it was likely OK and the MRI was just precautionary, he wouldn't have flown to Los Angeles.
He talked about it on the JJ Reddick podcast but he is extremely claustrophobic and hates being in MRI machines. The place he goes in Cali has a machine he can just put his arm in, instead of his whole body and will always fly there for MRIs.He has a house there and lives there during the off season
I think I'll pass, but thanks...You guys should have tried MRI's back in the 70's when it took several hours to do a full body scan. And the machine made so much noise it rattled your teeth.
Oh, the mask would definitely not add to the fun.I just had an MRI done last week for some back issues. In the tube for 45 mins. Usually I’m okay with those kinds of things but having to wear a mask in there made it almost unbearable.
