Former basketball star Dennis Rodman was temporarily detained in Germany for allegedly skipping out on a ?3,400 ($5,100) hotel bill for a post-game party, a prosecution official said Monday. Senior prosecutor Juergen Bauer said Monday that Rodman had played in a "USA Legends of Basketball" exhibition game in the western town of Trier and threw a party afterward at his hotel.
