i SUPPOSE that wouldn't be your response if it was something SUPPOSEDLY good about benny. Too bad there aren't too many stories like that around.

Are you specifically a dirt digger ? Lookin for the non-favorable side of a person ?

Having been around my fair share of professional athletes I can say that most of them are... human! Some are just terrific with their fans (Nolan Ryan stands out) and some will never be Mr. Congeniality.

I'm not an autograph collector, but I've been in a lot of situations where I can talk with players. My personal rule has always been to studiously ignore them if they are with their families. I've found that many of them enjoy talking sports (and not just their own) with a knowledgeable fan. They always seemed to enjoy that I was a female and a fan. Especially the football players. I'd also say, "Good game", (if they'd had one) to a player if I ran into one on a Monday morning at Safeway and they would always smile and say, "Thanks".

And I can say that when you have players as neighbors you can get very protective. "Nah, he doesn't live anywhere around here", when he's three doors down.

But dang, you always tip the dealer!

No. I was told the guy comes in all the time and acts like an ass all the time. I've met a fair share of celebs/athletes some are jerks, some aren't. I've never met BR. Have you? I'm just telling you how he's received at the casino. Just because you probably have a fathead of him on your wall doesn't make him a good guy. It's like the old saying, if you want to truly know what's goes on in a city, ask the cabbies or drivers. If you want to know what goes on in a casino, ask the dealers.

The two biggest jerks i've met in my like are Robert Smith,OSU guy like myself, and Tom Kite. Jack Nicklaus, Scott Hoch and Christie Kerr are right there with them. The two nicest i've met are Fuzzy Zoeller and John Daly.Calcavechia's not far behind. He's not on their level, celeb-wise, but Bill Lewis,of the Cardinals, is right at the top of the list as well.

This is a little known fact, and even though I'm in the industry and I could get in a lot of trouble for divulging this, I'm going to let everyone on this board in on a little secret:

The greatest predictor of Super Bowl success can be seen here -

where "D" = percentage of the starting quarterback's blackjack tipping behavior in relation to the tipping percentage of the general population "P" with an inverse correlation to their opponents tips to the parking valet "a".

It is easy to see that the Steelers have basically a snowball's chance in hell of winning this game, and the loss will rest solely on Roethlisberger's cheap shoulderpads.

An extreme dislike for him also exists at Mullichester, Mulli Downs, and Mullington Park.
