Sometimes the truth hurts. I've been a Card fan for 30+ years and I LOVE this team but they have SUCKED for a long time. I hope people keep piling on them until Bidcrap does something about it. THANKS Jim Rome!!!!

Rhome has said many times he likes Mac, loves the guy, had him on several times because Mac is entertaining.

So the fact he scorched a frachise that canned his buddy isn't suprising.

That's the problem with guys like Rhome, it's all funny until it's you then it's not funny anymore.

Most guys grew out of this after high school.

Rhome never did much growing IMO. Anyone that needs an extender stool because they are self concious about being a munchkin... (my apologies to other munchkins everywhere) shouldn't make fun of anyone but that's just my opinion.

That all being said, it's really really tired to make fun of us for past performance when it's obvious that we don't do things that way anymore.

The darkness is almost over, we are not the NFL's version of a homecomming beaaaaayatch anymore.

Some people need time to deal with that.

I heard that too. He's got a point though. Even though WE know we're a better team and will continue to improve, Mexico probably just knows us by our won lost record. That's like taking a car that has a horrible reputation to a car show. Even though it might be much better, it ain't gonna sell until it's proven.

Was this a bush, bush move by the Cards (and I really don't believe that the NFL is going to rotate home games through all 32 teams until a new team gets there--not for a moment)? Of course. If Arizona-fan supported the team at all, this wouldn't be an option. MCD is seriously crazy to think that a bunch of Mexicans are going to become die-hards because Cantu is taking up a roster spot.

The long and short of it is that the Cards couldn't beat the 49ers at home or away last season, and the only time that the Cards win games is at home (for the most part). We've given away one of those home games. Spectacular.
