If he continues to want to force a trade, I say F- Rosenhaus and in turn F- Q for keeping him along. Let him play out his contract and be done with him.

Apparently, hey doesnt want the Burres contract extension to be any sort of monacher for a possible Boldin extension.

Also, I think Rosenhaus doesnt like the fact that the Boldin situation dissipated out of the media circle so quickly. He'll continue to spin this until something is done.

FDR and the :deadhorse2: he rode in on.

The off season is officially over. It's time to concentrate of football Q.

It's business.

Take a step back and don't take it personal.

Rosenhaus is an agent and his job is to get the absolute top dollar for his client.

The smartest thing Q can do is post 100/1500/10 this year.

It will be a nice problem for us to deal with next year.

BS move by Rosen&%*^. Last few day's and now this....there is NO WAY the Cards trade him...he's outta his freaking head. Q needs to shut him up....this is no time for distractions. Business time was during the offseason. No trades get done now....shut your agent up Q! He works for you.

A new deal for Boldin will never happen and he will be traded next offseason without a doubt in my mind.

Anyone else notice how Rosenhaus wasn't making an appearance while the QB controversy was going on and taking away from his press?

I'm sure that's purely coincidence :sarcasm:

I've said it since the beginning Rosenhaus is a good agent and an attention *****.

I think it is coincidence in this case only. It seems that it has been Boldin doing the talking and not Drew. The only reason we heard from Drew in this article now is because the reporter called Drew and asked the Question about the correlation with the deal he just did with Plax. He is an attention ***** but in this case It wasnt Drew that seeked out the media this time.

Easier said than done when us as fans spend our hard earned money in a crap economy only wanting wins.. Then some dude is playing us against the ones we love and pay to see for mega millions.. This has blown up in Drews face.. I love the Cards stance on this.. I love Q too, but if he's gonna be an cornholio about it, then oh well, bye bye man.. He aint like me no matter how much he talks about hard work or down home values he has while real folks are out here struggling while he's pushing a Caddy that the dealership gave him and he dont pay one cent on..

I think this is just agent speak. "Q wants traded and no new deal" = "We want more money than Plax".......

Like I said in another thread. If we start winning ball games consistently, I can promise that Q will have a change of heart. If we revert back to the "same ole Cards" He will be screaming louder than he already is.

What crap economy? If people are getting above face value for Cardinal tickets there's no crap economy. :D

Agreed but that's the NFL.

This guy is more fortunate than most but you can't blame him for wanting to get every dollar he can...he didn't grow up a Cardinal fan.

Naw man.. Thats what makes this situation so unique.. Q has stated all along that he will withstand the pain in order to make the Cards a winner.. He aligned himself to be the saviour, then came the devil (Drew).. He sold out.. I feel hurt in so many ways by Q's actions.. Let him play out his contract in a Cards uniform, then when he's broke down, let him get a contract half of what it is now..

If Q fired Drew R. I would expect the Cards to give him a deal at this point.

I'm glad you brought this up, any idea on the best way to get top dollar for my 4 seats for opening day against the Dolphins. I'll be chasing the wapiti at 9000 feet that day so I need to unload these puppies.

Craigslist? EBay?

Much ado about nothing. No new comments from Q which is good. That was just totally agent talk.

Relist them via TicketExchange (Ticketmaster) on the official Cards site. You will get the best price and wont get fleeced with fees (StubHub).

funny you mention this. Prior to the Q saga, we had one of the better working relationships with Rosenhaus. Contracts were getting sone swiftly and with fair market value. Now I feel that if something doesn't get done between us and Q, it may have a domino effect on the rest of his clients (i.e. Dockett, Watson, Rolle, etc.)

Take the Eagles for example. Their management hates D.R. Lito Sheppard was so pissed at them for not extending his deal and bringing in Assante Samuel, he hired D.R. to get back at them, either by price gauging them, or forcing a trade.

Listen, we are all hot headed about this situation and the more hyperbole we hear about it, the more fired up we get. Rest assured, the Cards will do the right thing at the end of this season.

No doubt about that,

Signed,

Leonard Davis
Jamir Miller
OJ Anderson
Garrison Hearst
Tim McDonald
Jay Novacek

All except for Davis are old names and Davis' price tag was too much to keep him. Welcome to 2008.

Yes, I would enjoy the drama if the Cardinals would say under the current circumstances they expect Q to play out his contract for all three years. Unfortunately the Cardinals do not have time to play games with the season opener on the doorstep. I say leave the Q situation simmer unless a hot deal comes along.
