Yes I would do it, I would be ecstatic! I also would be VERY happy for Q.

I would ask Q what he wanted us to do. He could play another year under his current deal with some bonus $ and talk about an extension after, or he could move on now. The man has earned that much IMO. 2 2nd round picks is a great value (for us) for what he brings on the field right now, but this guy has easily been one of the greatest Cardinals of all time IMO and should be treated as such.

I would take two 2nd rounders, and tell Q that I hope to see him succeed.

Well said. Q is a tremendous competitor. And I think he makes us better. But I agree for the right price only.

Two second round picks for Q would be a great deal for the Cardinals and WR is not a primary need with Fitz, Breaston, Doucet and Urban. Q is going to be unhappy if he does not get a nice contract.

Moss, Welker and Boldin? Fat chance.

Welker will potentially miss next season and Moss seems on the verge of losing his motivation and being washed up.

I absolutely love this idea. We get two 2nd round picks and Boldin goes to a classy winning organization. :D

I would do that trade today if offered. This draft is deep on the defensive side of the ball and you could get 4 players in the the top 60. Get it done.

I love the idea, but the thought of boldin/welker/moss as targets for brady seems completely unfair.

Um, the Pats traded a 4th Rounder for Moss. a 4th. They are not in the habit of giving up more than is necessary. There are reasons that they are the dominant team of the decade (along with the Peyton's). They will wait it out, and end up offering something like a 3rd. I highly doubt they give up 2 first day picks.

if this trade were to happen, it would open up alot of possibilities for the Cards. They could the trade their #1 and a #2 to Jax and get McClain at 11(i think that's where Jax is picking). That would allow Jax to select Tebow at 26, the player they want anyway, and get them another 2nd rounder. The Cards get McClain and still have 2 second rounders to get a Ricky Sapp, Brandon Graham, Sean Witherspoon type. Of course the Cards could just sit at 26 and let McClain fall to them :D.

Imagine a draft like this

1-McClain-ILB (from Jax)
2-Sean Witherspoon-OLB(from NE)
2-Ricky Sapp-OLB (from NE)
3-Kyle Calloway-OT
4-Cam Thomas-NT
5-Chris Cook-CB
6-John Skelton-QB
7-BPA

or one like this
1-Brian Bulaga
2-Sean Witherspoon
2-Ricky Sapp
2-Charles Jones-S,AW's eventual replacement and my favorite safety in the draft
3-Rob Gronkowski-TE
4-Cam Thomas
5-Chris Cook
6-Skelton
7-BPA

Either way that's a big influx of talent.

Moss was considered both finished and a cancer at the time, and thus could be had for a forth. They can wait as long as they want, but the chances of CARDS letting Q go for less than a second are slim and none IMO.

the first day is just the 1st round this year. I would love to get 2 of those for Boldin :D.

But they gave up a 2nd rounder for Welker so there are different situations. I think alot of what the ats will give up is whether they think they can get Boldin signed to a new deal. If the can, 2 2nd rounders can be had.

I think most people here would go for a second....2 seconds may be a pipe dream.
