The New Orleans Saints have quite the list of positional needs to fill during the 2025 offseason, and with that, they have to decide which ones they can fix using free-agent signings, and which will need to be addressed during the draft instead. They have been active in attempting to sign players, including a near-miss on cornerback Charvarius Ward.

Now, they will continue to look to fill their needs, as they have a meeting set up with free-agent offensive lineman Dillon Radunz, which was first reported by Jeremy Fowler of ESPN. Radunz spent his first four seasons with the Tennessee Titans, where he played in 54 games, starting 31 of them.

In his first two seasons, he did not receive many opportunities, only playing 15% and 43% of offensive snaps in the games he was a part of (124 and 280 snaps respectively). However, in 2023 and 2024 he got a much larger opportunity, playing 76% and 95% of snaps, good for 776 and 902 total each year.

He primarily has played at right guard but has struggled there at various points, including in 2024 where he allowed six sacks, was penalized five times and allowed 23 pressures total. The question would be where the Saints plan on using him if they were to sign him, as their realistic need is at left guard, so things may have to shift around a bit for him to have an opportunity. Regardless, at nearly 27 years old, he has plenty of football ahead of him and may be able to make a positional transition at this point in his career.
