SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott says that comments made by the conference's coordinator of officials are ''not a fireable offense'' and have been ''mischaracterized'' as targeting Arizona coach Sean Miller during internal meetings before the league tournament.
