All I can say is I have spoken with people in the know. Nothing bad about Lott but not 100% buy in either.
LOL. And he lives in a candy cane house off of Gingerbread Drive, right?

He gets the most out of them? if you say so. players like him? who cares? He is the strength and conditioning coach on a team that seems last indivision in those categories.
Clean house.
Not all players buy into him. Many workout with him to "check the box".
. Ok, you win. The Cards are easily as strong and conditioned as the 9ers and Seahawks. He has done a wonderful job.Last in strength and conditioning? based on what?
I remember when almost no players worked out in tempe, now most all do. Id say thats better buy in than usual. I guess sometimes people want change and hate on another for no reason.
As said above, you seem to forget prior to him almost no players worked out in tempe.
For what the job is, he is qualified to do so and does a good job. A silly thing to be upset about.
What would we do, bring in another guy and suddenly more players want to work out? give me a break.

I knew you'd come around eventually.
Agents feel he pushes them to fare and could cause injury.
IMO stating a guy who has nothing to do with anything is overrated, is overrated.
Forcing them to use cabs is overstepping boundaries IMO.
Come on. You've read all the posts that read "give him some time with Lott and he'll be awesome" or words to that effect.
Texas Longhorns used to have a Strength coach everyone gushed over. Turned out he was a bum and was doing more harm than good.
Who?All I can say is I have spoken with people in the know. .
Who?
But he has done that to several guys like dwash and larry fitz. Stronger, tighter, just as fast.
