The Seattle Seahawks are busy when it comes to quarterbacks in the last few days. Last week they signed former backup Drew Lock to return to the Pacific Northwest. Then on Tuesday, the team met with Alabama Crimson Tide starter Jalen Milroe for an official visit. But Milroe wasn't the only signal caller the Seahawks spent time with. NFL insider Albert Breer is reporting Louisville's Tyler Shough also took a trip to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, WA to meet with the Seahawks.

Seattle is certainly doing its due diligence for the quarterback position this offseason.

Louisville QB Tyler Shough is wrapping up his 30 visit with the @Seahawks today, and goes to the @Raiders for his last 30 visit tomorrow. He's also one of three QBs doing private workouts for the @Giants this week—he'll have dinner with them Friday and be on the field Saturday.

After seven seasons in college and three different schools, Tyler Shough is finally headed to the National Football League. Shough started his collegiate career at the University of Oregon, where he spent three years with the Ducks. In Shough's first year as a starter for the Ducks- the bizarro COVID season of 2020 - he led Oregon to a 4-3 record, a Pac-12 title, and an appearance in the Fiesta Bowl. Following that campaign, he entered the Transfer Portal and wound up playing for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. During the two seasons spent in Lubbock, Shough accumulated a 15-11 record and two bowl wins before transferring to Louisville for his final year of eligibility.

The 2024 campaign was the best of Shough's career at the college level. He threw for 3,195 yards and 23 touchdowns against six interceptions. He also guided the Cardinals to an 8-4 record and a 35-34 victory over Washington in the Sun Bowl. Overall in college, Shough threw for 7,820 yards, 59 touchdowns and 23 interceptions.
