There was a bunch of that. The play where we finally sack Wilson, he fumbles, but first they blow the play dead negating the fumble, and then they call a penalty on Peterson on a play where he's nowhere near the play and Wilson was already being hit.

The only thing that worked to our advantage last night was they actually called holding on Seattle several times, maybe 3.

Yep, the biggest officiating calls in the game were; the defensive holding on Seattle that kept our game winning drive alive (but it was an obvious call), the no-call on the intentional grounding by Wilson in Seattle's endzone... terrible, the holding on PP where he did absolutely nothing and took away what would have been a defensive TD, terrible AND it was immediately followed by a Seattle TD, a 14 point swing.

They don't throw that phantom flag on PP and the score its 32-10, turn out the lights, game is over.

THey ruled that play dead though. It should have been a fumble and recovery but they blew it dead.

Wow, fans there are in meltdown mode. Saying they got their money and lost their hunger. This thread pretty much says it all:

What has happened to the best corner in the game?
http://www.seahawks.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=118225

He is being asked to follow guys around now and single cover rather than staying on one side and having a safety over the top.

Basically they are finally asking him to do what Patrick Peterson does and guess what? It is really really hard in today's NFL.

Nice read actually. One of the guys on Sherman said what I've been thinking all year. For a few years there people were afraid to test him and stopped doing it. It eventually got to where people said let's find out if we actually can throw his way and he was surprised and now teams are beating him. He'll eventually pick a couple he's just too good not to but I think right now he's still surprised when people go after him.

I was thinking about that last night. He's good but not what they make him out to be. If PP21 played like that we would have ten threads about it.

Well other boards don't have monopoly's on dumb opinions.

Funny clip. Carson did more of an air hump than crotch grab.

I didn't see anyone in that thread that seemed to take it too seriously. Their format is awful btw and it's hard to read.

Cry me a freaking river!!! Seattle tears are the most delicious because they have residual caffeine and pot in them.

Seattle fans are the biggest trash talking bandwagoners, and when Lynch grabbed his crotch last year they were all for it.

If you cant take the heat, shut your mouth and get out of the kitchen!

This is just the beginning. Seattles cocky attitude has ruffled many feathers in the past couple of years and it is payback time for everyone who beats them. To quote Denzel: The chickens is coming home to roost.

Nothing wrong with what Palmer did. Most of the seahawks fans on that board agree.

Basically what I'm saying is; SUCK IT!!! :p

They are one of the most fervent fan bases I have seen. Everyone and their Dad in that area is a Seattle fan. Literally. Many were very nice and welcoming. No one i saw all pregame was over the top.

But I can tell you they are myopic and whiners as a collective fan base. I was treated with such an arrogant disdain that "Oh the Cardinals arent are rivals" and "well win this game no problem and run off 8 in a row". Arians is overatted, We are going to injure Carson Palmer, etc. And MAN were they bitching about the flags. At home. FFS.

You should have seen all these people on me after the 2nd fumble in the 4th Q.

Then after we scored on Ellingtons TD, I turned around and looked up and said "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?" They didnt love that but started filing out.

Was a good time. I didnt say a word walking out but I would see random Cards fans and we would exchange an knowing smile and first bump.

This is my #1 all-time favorite taunt.

I love to read their fan forums after they lose to AZ (so sue me, it's my guilty pleasure).

Apparently some were offended at CP3's 'crotch grab.' Couldn't see it on the clip, since CJ2K had partially obscured his hand, but apparently he did, lol

I spent waaaaaay too much time on this website. It would appear that every fan base believes the officials/league has a personal vendetta against their team is not afraid to direct the officials to make sure every call goes against them.

This. PP has impressed the hell out of me this year. I don't think it's overstating things to say this year he truly is a lock-down corner. He rarely gets thrown at now and he's opened up the remainder of the field for our other guys to make plays. That's the true test of CB awesomeness.

that's why I always shake my head when people here are freaking out over the refs, KNOWING the likelihood is that whoever our opponent is, the same thing is happening with the other fan base.

the refs suck... for both team, almost ALL the time.
