Portland Oregon these days.
We repeat last week's performance. Seahawks make a few good plays, but choke yet again, giving us another blow out. Hasselbeck's intercepted 4 times.

Rams choke huge in Eagle game.

All week all the sports shows will still joke about the Cards winning the division -- but at least a few will admit that they looked a lot better than the other two 'contenders'.

When the Hags were here Alexander appeared he wanted nothing to do with what our D was dishing out. Josh appears to have a new understanding of reading D's. The Hags have not shown much in the second half of the season. This is a big statement game for the birds.

Cards 24 Hags 17

Wish I were in Vegas to get some of the 7 points.

I'm with Skkorp on this one - either we blow them out or we get our doors blown in. Since I'm still a little on the skeptical side of Josh and sicne Shaun Alexander is about 5000 times as good as Marshall Faulk right now, my gut tells me blowout but my heart tels me we keep deluding ourselves heading into week 17.

The D and Josh will have tomake big plays early. If we knock Hasselcrap out of the game early - we can take this, otherwise, I'll remain in the walk before you can run department and last week it seemed like we just started to learn how to crawl.

That being said - I can't wait for Sunday and I am VERY thankful there is a TON of really good sports (Pack/Vikes tomorrow, Shaq/Kobe and NFL on X-mas) in between now and then to tide me over.

Merry Christmas all - hopefully DG can substitute for Santa and bring us a win - afterall - he's already got the budda belly and the red suit - and maybe Santa's just been down in the carribean for a while to explain the rather dark tan he has out there! Denny Clause to the rescue!

Like Osprey says as well, this game should hinge on whether the Cards can get ahead early and take Alexander out of the game plan. You can't pound the ball when you're behind 14 or 17.

There is a reason the Cards have lost 19 of last 20 on the road. Hopefully Green can figure out what it is and fix it. This is also the same bunch that couldn't beat the 49ers so...............

Win or lose, after this game I think we're going to have a pretty good idea about what kind of team we really have here. I'm hoping we start to win meaningful games on the road.Cards 27 - Hawks - 20

What?
This game is for jobs in 2005. Denny finally got the intensity level up where he wanted it and has tape to prove these guys can play anyone. If the fall off again they won't be here next season. Message served, lessons learned but Martz won't be there to give them little favors along the way. Still if the Cards play their game......

If the Cards defense show up we win!!

The Cards' D must disrupt Seattle's Qb and contain their ground game.

Then McCown and Cards offense needs to put 30 points on the board.

Just as last weeks game, early field position will make a big Difference. As both teams will try to establish the run an early three and out for our D will be critical. It will give our running game leverege and allow for an early deep strike by Josh.
I'd like to see us start on D, gain field position and score early to take away their run threat.
Regardless we have to play with an intensity and attitude worthy of a playoff team. Berry, Adrian and certainly Emmitt will provide that spark.

I BELIEVE!!!
