my brain tells me it will get ugly, Hawks will stop the run and BA will lose it and get pass happy, that results in being down by much and getting torn appart.

48-10 Seahawks and hopefully the End of some of the coaches ...

I don’t know why everyone thinks Seattle is going to blow us out of the water... a lot of the same criticize our wins when they’ve only beaten one team with a winning record. There defense is good, but will be without Earl Thomas. They don’t have a running game minus Wilson. Baldwin is there biggest threat to catch the ball, who I believe Peterson and HB will shut down depending where he lines up. I’m not saying we’re the better team, but we’re at home after a smooth win and they are coming off a tough loss. I think we win 17-9 and feel good at 5-4.

Surely you jest! The Washington line was a mish mash of beat up nobodies and they still won[/QUOTE]

The Washington Redskins will enter Richmond with their starting five offensive lineman mostly locked into place, anchored by left tackle Trent Williams

at center, entering his first full season at the position, all under the direction of Bill Callahan.
After eight seasons in the NFL, and seven with the Washington Redskins, Kory Lichtensteiger retired in the offseason, marking the only significant loss to an offensive line unit that for the last couple of years has remained a consistent, close position group.
Where do you get the idea this is a mish mash of nobodies??

Maybe it's because the Hawks have OWNED us at home, seemingly having some kind of mental edge over us, has a still nasty D that completely shut the Rams and we have our 2nd string QB.

We outplayed them in both games last year and should’ve won both if it wasn’t for a missed fg in OT. There d is scary, but not like in years past. The rams are the only team they beat with a winning record and only beat the 9ers by 3... Wilson makes plays that are ridiculous, but I think we contain him on a short week and we get a win at home.

Right... they beat arguably one of the best three teams in the league... on the road. And beat what looked like an up and coming Texans squad before they lost their superstar QB. As for them squeaking one out against the Niners, we only beat the Niners in OT once and looked pretty mediocre against them the second time.

Even beyond that, any time we've played a team with a pulse, we've gotten crushed. Cowboys, Lions, Rams beat us by an average of 20 ppg, with all those games being at least double digit losses.

As for last year... we don't have Palmer, CC, Jefferson, Golden and Swearinger and even with those guys when we completely outplayed them at home we STILL couldn't beat them.

And who/what makes you think we contain Wilson?

I think we keep the score low with Peterson until Seattle rips off a couple touchdowns. Then in the 4th we stop running all together and the score gets out of control. Have no clue what that score will actually be. Only that we will be in it until we can't afford to run anymore (predicting crap passing attack).

With Palmer, I'd give us a shot at winning this game... even lean towards we SHOULD win this game, but Stanton is just going to get killed against this D and they will stack the box against AP.

Hope to be proven wrong. There's no team in sports right now that I hate more than Seattle and I am beyond tired of them wiping their asses with our field the last five years.
