A significant contingent of Tennessee Titans coaches and decision-makers are on the ground in Coral Gables, Fla., for Miami quarterback Cam Ward's pro day workout.

Ward is working out in front of all 32 NFL teams Monday, throwing for the league for the first time in the pre-draft process leading up to April's 2025 NFL Draft. Ward elected not to throw at the NFL Scouting Combine in February and could not throw on his personal visit with the Titans in March as per league rules.

Given the occasion, several top Titans officials descended onto Ward's workout. This includes Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi, coach Brian Callahan and quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree.

Cam Ward pro day: More on top 2025 NFL Draft prospect

The Titans own the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Ward is the most popular prospect connected with the Titans in mock drafts, and the consensus top quarterback prospect on the board.

Quarterback is a major need for the Titans, who return Will Levis on roster and replaced backup Mason Rudolph with journeyman Brandon Allen in free agency.

Ward, a fifth-year senior who spent his college career at Incarnate Word, Washington State and Miami, was the Davey O'Brien Award winner for 2024, given annually to be the best quarterback in college football. He threw 39 touchdowns in 2024, the most in college football, and his 156 career touchdown passes is the record for combined TD throws across the FBS and FCS divisions.

In addition to Callahan, Borgonzi and Hardegree, Titans president of football operations Chad Brinker is also in attendance for Monday's workout.
