After watching the Donkeys win a game on a muffed extra-point snap and the ensuin off-sides on the on-sides kick, I've come to the conclusion that the Broncos are the Cardinals' opposite, balancing the universe.

The Cardinals could NEVER win a game in that fashion, but the Cardinals most certainly could lose a game in that fashion.

The Broncos are the Yin to the Cardinals' Yang. They're the Black to our White. Without the Broncos, the universe would be out of balance.

I love the Cardinals. I hate the Broncos.

There's a sort of beauty in that, I think.

lol. I was thinking the same thing. That type of stuff only happens to two teams in the NFL- the Bengals and the Cardinals.

Oh well, can't be any worse than Warner forgetting about the snap and dropping it against the Rams.

The Broncos hardly ever end the season at or below .500, but if they do, the season is considered a huge disappointment. Change the words "Broncos, below, and disappointment" to "Cardinals, above, and success" and you have another true statement.

I'm a little worried about the future of mankind. Clearly the universe is out of balance. Look at the signs: The Cardinals not only have a better record near the 1/3 mark in the season, but the way they have won games is very "bronco like." Calls that we never would have gotten in the past are going our way.

Also, not only are the Rockies in the post-season, they're undefeated in the playoffs.

It's all a little scary. What's next? Locust? (...oh, wait...that sort of happened in the Tribe/Yanks game).

On further reflection, I suppose as long as the tables are turned, the universe is still in balance.

Carry on.

I hear ya!

I was talking to some classmates this morning and they can't even utter the words "Broncos" right now. They are so morbid that if it wern't for the Rockies, they would be suicidal right now.

I of course can't help myself after one of my fellow donky fans exclaimed "the broncs have no heart".

I retort, "yeah, they traded it to Tampa Bay earlier this year."

Oh Snap!!!!

After seeing the Broncos win that Bengals game like that, the universe is righting itself, I think.

I was watching that game with my dad, who gleefully said the broncos were finished right before their last drive. I then summed up my theory to him, to which he said "baloney." 1 minute later, he was a believer.

I have no idea how much punishment we'll get for our impudence of attempting to win the whole thing.

Consider what happened to the Bengals after their SB apearence which was remarkably similar in the ending, a legend in the making drove the field and beat them, from an annointed team.

Given those facts we can look forward to decades in hell for attempting to mess with the powers that be in the universe.

Let's hope not.

P.S.

I consider myself to be a lucky person, often times my personal life is rather ok, and it seems like my own personal luck demons express themselves in my teams.

The better my teams do the worse personally I do in the pure luck department.

Last year was one of the unluckiest years of my life on just routine mundane things, Murphy's law ran rampant.

This year everything seems back to normal, I'm afraid that dosen't bode well for our Birdheaded friends.
