Harbaugh just better hope none of his players get caught because it would be so much egg on his face. I suspect Carroll would have a field day with that. What a soap opera it would be.

Harbaugh did have one of his players get caught ... that player just signed as a FA elsewhere though so it's not being reported as a "49er"

I love Harbaugh but he's just playing to the media here, he knows damn well he has players on his own team who use performance enhancers, EVERY coach knows that. they might not know all the specific players but they're not stupid they know guys use PED's in the NFL.

With Seattle it just seems like right now it might be "systemic", in that it might not be as simple as rogue players doing it on their own. Afterall USC had similar issues when Carroll was there, they even had kids who barely played who were doing and dealing steroids when he was the coach.

All 32 teams have someone doing PEDs. The only question is who gets caught by their own stupidity and/or who rats one out so the league takes a special interest in a team. It may be when one gets caught the league starts looking more closely at that team for more guilty parties.
