I'm gonna break this up by projected rounds (1st, 2nd, 3rd, Mid & Late) this time, and give some reasons that you might want to watch these guys. Again, any body I miss, feel free to add on.

1st Round:
Mike Adams - OT - Ohio St.
-Off the field issues, but has a ton of physical skill. Could be the next OT available when we pick, but most would consider #13 a reach.

Melvin Ingram - DE - South Carolina
-Probably the most interesting player on the board in my opinion. Freakish athlete that could project to a 3-4 OLB despite being 274 lbs. He is the most intriguing player for me this offseason as he looks to be a more athletic Upshaw, that has better pass rush skills, and can rotate across the entire dline.

Courtney Upshaw - OLB - Alabama
-I have been critical about the lack of burst from when I have watched him play, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he is a pretty solid player. There are worse things than having physical outside linebackers, and while I don't love the thought of taking him at #13, we could do worse in my opinion.

2nd Round: (I'm a big advocate of trading down at this point)

Vinny Curry - DE - Marshall
-Another larger OLB projection. Shows good rush ability, and seems natural on his feet. Can't see him moving into the first round, but could be an option if we acquired a 2nd rounder.

Kevin Zeitler - OG - Wisconsin
-Nice player that could be a long term starter. I like his physicality inside. Am interested to see how he does in comparison to some other OGs as this is a very deep class. Might slip to the third round.

Zebrie Sanders - Florida St. - OT
-One of my favorites, and the biggest reason that I would like to trade down in round 1 to acquire a a 2nd rounder. I think that this guy can start in the NFL at an OT position for years and maybe even at LT. I like him as much as Martin or Adams and an pretty sure that he could be had a round later.

Kelechi Osemele - OG - Iowa St.
-A real intersting prospect that player OT in college, but projects more as an NFL OG. If he can demonstrate the athleticism to play both positions, he moght move up into the 1st round.

Billy Winn - DT - Boise St.
-While I don't see it as a very likely situation where we are able to take him, he is a pretty solid 5 technique that might drop. Right now he is projected in the 2nd, but who knows. If he falls, he might be a good valuie later on.

3rd Round:

Matt McCants - UAB - OT
-If we don't take an OT in the 1st round, and don't acquire a 2nd rounder, this is a name to know. Very raw OT prospect that has great athleticism and size. A project, but his potential is as good as Reiff if not better. I really like this guy.

Jeff Allen - OT - Illinois
-This is more of a rankings player than a guy that I have spent a bunch of time watching. Because I doubt that we will be taking an OT in round 1, I wanted to mention him since he could possibly be an option in rond 3.

Mid Rounders:

Tyrone Crawford - DE - Boise St.
-This guy rocked at the East West game, and I am interested to see how he does against better competition. Is a pretty natural rusher, and has size to project to the 5 tech.

Shea McClellin - DE - Boise St.
-More of a OLB projection than DE, but another solid rusher that has versatility. It will be interesting to see his level of athleticism.

DeVier Posey - WR - Ohio St.
-Another rankings player that I believe has good deep speed and might be a fit if the Cards look to upgrade their receiving corp.

Emmanuel Acho - ILB - Texas
-A namesake that might proect to the SILB spot. A bit more limited than his brother, but could be a solid roster guy as a mid to late round pick.

Marvin McNutt - WR - Iowa
-Tremendously physical WR that could take the place of Doucet if the Cards do not resign him. from what I have seen, he seems of an athlete than WR, but I think that he could be a force in the league. Could go in the 3rd round, but I think 4th or 5th is where he will end up.

Some noted cancellations...Kendall Wright, Devon Still, Brandon Mosely, Amini Silatolu & Levy Adcock.

Enjoy.

I'm curious to see how he does in the Senior Bowl. It would be cool to see him paired up with his brother on the Cards if he shows some ability.

I like Acho because, in my mind, he is at worst a special teams contributor. At best he fills a need at SILB, but regardless I think that he is a worker. If he ends up being a 5th to 7th rounder, I think he is worth a look because of this.

I have seen him ranked in the bottom half of the first. I have seen a couple write ups that say he is versatile enough to play tackle

btw: I also like Melvin Ingram as well

I dont know if Horton philosophy is to go strong side / weak side with his linebackers or not -- i know they didnt do much if any of that this year. Ingram would be a classic strong side guy.

In any event -- like Upshaw, Ingram would be a stout LB who would would set the edge on running downs. He has more experience than Upshaw in dropping as a LB, but its relative: he wasn't asked to do a great deal of it. I agree he shows more of a burst than Upshaw, while Upshaw appears more physical.

Tyrone Crawford - DE - Boise St.

Canadian kid who got a bit of a late start. Had to get past the hockey dream, I would guess. ;)

I've been projecting him to be our 3rd round pick. Especially if we go something other than OT with our 1st rounder like I believe we will. Right now I have the Cardinals taking DeCastro in the first and McCants in the 3rd.

The Cardinals are pigeon-holed into this scenario unless they reach for an OT in the first. That being said, I would be totally fine with DeCastro in round 1, and McCants in round 3.

Interesting Senior Bowl fact. Courtney Upshaw and Melvin Ingram both were measured in at 6'1" and both weighed over 270 lbs.

I am liking the potential of Ingram at OLB more and more.

Day 1 note: Multiple reports stating Mike Adams was great in the first practice and the only player to give him any work at all was Vinny Curry. Reports state that he dominated every other player.

He could improve his position with a good week at the Senior Bowl and so far he has. Good size at 6'7" and 323 lbs.

Should be there when we pick but as you said could be a little reach.

You have the wrong Adams on your list.

Might want to check out Joe Adams WR Arkansas. The kid looks like he could be a perfect down field threat. He has speed, solid hands, can beat press coverage and has great balance. I'm thinking he goes in the 3rd or 4th round if he continues to look good during Senior Bowl week.

Mike Adams is going to be a big time LT. Wouldn't say he has off field issues. Selling memorabilia for tattoos really should have no impact on his draft status IMO. Immature mistake, but not like he's been arrested or anything like that.

It's this Sat. or Sunday (When you have a DVR - and are really really old -you don't remember precise dates and time. You just click "record" on the schedule grid and watch whenever it's convenient).

Note - Give our high interest in fixing our OL and landing a deluxe pass rusher, I urge us all to watch a lot of one-on-one OL and DL footage during this week's practices - there is no place to hide.

I have also been reading that he looks good. One of the main reasons that I hope we trade down is to be able to grab a WR or CB in either the 3rd, 4th or 5th rounds. Really deep classes for both positions.

CB Brandon Boykin out of Georgia has also looked very good and I would love be able to snag him in one of these rounds as well. Unfortunately, we have dug ourselves in a bit of a hole with out needs on the offensive line.

After watching Adams this week I like him at RT. I don't think he has the feet and balance to be a top LT.

Kelechi Osemele will be a beast at guard. He looks like he can play RT as well but I would really like to put him at guard.

Melvin Igram was a high school running back. Watch his return for a TD this year on a fake punt.

Classic try hard, play hard guy, with good, but not great athleticism.
