My wife and sister-in-law have a group of about 12 women abandoning their husbands this Saturday for dinner and Sex in the City movie. This is like a football game for women.

Frankly, I'm all for it. Just me and my drums at home for a Saturday night. What are you doing in the absence of your wife/girlfriend this weekend?

Adam will be there along with his better half I'm sure.

I actually watched the first 4 seasons of Sex in the City and it wasn't that bad.

:yeahthat:

Going tonight. Just finished watching the series last night (my second time, her first).

All the single guys on the board should go to the theaters. The ratio of chicks should be astronomical.

No joke.

I liked the series. No desire to see the movie really.

Whilst abomb listens to broads talk, I'll be at home with the kids, and doing fun things like...well...nothing!

Not for this woman. :)

I'll watch the movie eventually, but I'm not rushing out and planning my weekend around it. :)

I guess something's gotta take up the space in my life that The Lilith Fair tour has left behind.

My wife was a pretty big fan of this show and turned other women onto the show. These women came calling and my wife turned them down. I lost interest when everyone really started to get ugly, so about season 2

He should be forced to surrender his Man Card on the spot!

My wife is going tomorrow with her friends as well. Wild Clydesdales couldn't drag me to the theater for that movie.

Hate the show, will not see the movie, even under pain-of-death.

I was very anti the show when it first came out. Started watching it years later on network tv and enjoyed it. I can see how it doesn't appeal to everyone, but I can relate to a lot of what they covered in the show. :)

My wife participated in a Sex and The City get together. I worked! WooHoo!

I personally think the show sucked.

I haven't been "anti" the show...I just never had cable (don't even know what channel it was on). I'd watch it if someone wanted to, I guess, I just don't really care if I don't since I don't really know much about it.

Kinda like Desperate Housewives (minus the cable part).

10-4. I never watched it til it was on regular TV cause I never had HBO.

Am likely going to see it today with some friends, if I get all my papers done for school. (Will I EVER stop having to take classes? ERRR.)
