In the latest example that shows how truly special Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been, he broke another franchise record in the Oklahoma City Thunder's 118-112 win over the Boston Celtics.
After he scored 34 points to lead the short-handed Thunder to an impressive road victory against the reigning NBA champions, Gilgeous-Alexander became the fastest player in OKC history to reach 10,000 career points with the franchise.
Gilgeous-Alexander only needed 368 games to do so. Kevin Durant reached that feat in 381 games. The record also includes the Seattle Supersonics' history.
