For not voting in D-Wash as the starting MLB for the pro-bowl. He is an alternate but there is no way that Willis and Bowman should be starting over him. What a joke. Arizona has lost it's passion for their home teams, oh wait, did we ever have it?

You do realize that fan voting is just part of the equation right? Of course you don't, that would require you to actually think about the situation and not rush to judgment.

Sorry bro...but between Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and one-star rating other people's thread, I just haven't had the time.

You're probably scolding the people who are most likely to have voted for him. Why don't you try wandering out to a mall or something and scold random people there.

While we are at it, congrats Cardinals fans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For voting in Patrick Peterson over more deserving players like Sherman and Heyward.

It's also worth noting that the guys leading the NFL in total tackles (Keuchly) and solo tackles (Laurinitis) also play the same position as D-Wash and will also be watching the game on TV.

I don't know. By the time guys get finished bailing out of the game Paris Lenon might be starting.

Just Wondering...

If every NFL fan only votes for his teams' players, what does that prove? That players on teams with the most fans should get selected? If so, it's off the charts in bogosity.

If the goal is to select the best players according to the fans, shouldn't each of us figure out who, in our opinion, is best at his position and vote (once each) for those players?

Otherwise who cares? The process is so jerry-rigged that its results have practically no meaning anyway, so why use it as a reason to attack fellow fans?

I would have also expected Zastudil to be the pro bowl punter as well.

Voting is mostly based on fans. The voting is done by coaches, players and fans. I think there just might be more fans than coaches and players would you say?

Again, PP was voted in, backing up Jennings and Tillman, both Chicago starters. I'm fine with that. D-Wash though should be starting.

Doing 5 seconds worth of research before you post really does a world of good.. Coaches, players, and fans each count for 1/3 of the total vote. So, statistically, each fan vote is significantly proportionally less than a coach or player vote.

Good point. So if we vote for one player over and over it doesn't improve his chances? Lol!

It's not that hard to follow. If every fan that ever walked this planet all voted for DW it still wouldn't guarantee he'd make it. Fan voting is just one-third of the equation.

That 5th dentist would've preferred Dentyne Gum if you would've purchased it.

Fan voting is awful. I bet the NFL had to weed out a couple thousand Yao Ming and Derek Jeter votes.

This, and the fan vote counts for a small percentage at that. I already have had a miserable football season but stupidity lecturing my team loyalty gets me ticked off.
