No! Deal with it!
Gee...ok.
Your team is sooooft.
Despite all the banners hanging in your building(congratulations on that) i can't recall a team in the Finals getting so literally shoved around, punked, and beat down like the the CELT's put on your arrogant ass group of Kobe and his Euro-boy disciples.
What are you going to do about it?

Ohhhh Ouuuuch...

I'd say, come back next year even stronger and with our youthful team a little wiser. Of course we will probably make a move or two to help with the softness. Most certainly, we wont PANIC and trade for an over the hill 20 million dollar mouthpiece. I'd be willing to bet our chances of getting back to the finals are a lot better than yours. I have nothing but respect for the way the Celts handled us and said so in the threads about the finals as it concluded. The difference is, our organization will do somehthing about it. Maybe when yours actually gets there, your comments may hold some water. Until then, you keep on riding those Celts' accomplishments! :D

-Of that i've no doubt.
-We were there against MJ's BULLS and after getting punched in the mouth early,we didn't fold and bow down to our knees and concede in front of millions of basketball fans worldwide.
Both series ended 2-4 but the meat of the matter was far different.
I could care less about the CELT's accomplishments....much like Kobe & his bannerless career without that overpriced mouthpiece winning titles for him.
At least you didn't break out with the "Bynum will make us tougher" card.....i'll give you that.

If the Suns reach the Western Conference Finals next year, a Lakers vs Suns matchup would be worth watching.

Actually, Bynum is not going to hurt but ill wait untill I see if hes back 100% to judge that. I don't neccesarily think he will make us tougher but he certainly will alter shots and rebound better than Gasol.

2-4, 3-4, 0-4.... It's a loss anyway you look at them. The celtics vet experience overshadowed the youth and inexperience of the Lakers. Simple as that. I for one am glad they got blown out if they had to lose. It will build character as well as letting the front office realize adding bynum isnt the sole answer. Again with the Kobe cannot win without Shaq diatribe? Same ole same ole. Everybody knows Shaq needed Kobe just as much as Kobe needed Shaq to win those 3 rings. Fact is, they won them. Of course, Horry, Fox, Fisher, Harper, Shaw etc. had nothing to do with those titles either. Shaq did it all by his lonesome. And of course he did not need a pehnominal D Wade to win his 4th. I'm betting when it's all said and done, Kobe has more rings. I guess we will all have to see how that turns out. As for this year. Kobe without Shaq did make it to within 2 games of the title and Shaq and his all stars made it to within 2 games of the 2nd round. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... didn't hear any of that in the freestyling. I wonder what Shaq thinks of Timmys' AZZZZ?

Maybe instead of freestyling.... the big cactus should be freethrowin?:D

Oh yeah? and if KOME had a bigger pair he would have been able to take more responsibility and not choke in the finals. If you are at least going to say something at a rivals board make it something sensible. Shaq obviously didnt need free throw skills to win a championship for the Fakers.

I have been posting here longer than you my friend. I never saw where Kobe didn't take responsibility for the loss. Maybe you can point me to where he didn't. Kobes' numbers were actually almost identical to the finals MVP Pierces'. Go figure. But still, it was subpar for Kobe and evey interview i saw had him saying so. Shaq didn't need free throw skills to win with the Lakers because he had lot's of supporting help. ie... he did NOT win them on his own, so thank you for being so "sensible" and supporting my opinion. :D

I just got word this morning that Shaq had his sheriff's volunteer deputy badge taken away (in AZ) because of this. The Sheriff said he would not support someone who has this type of behavior (namely the language).

Shaq can make it up to Arpaio by boxing out reporters around public records

No offense intended. I had only your one post to go by. I don't track the history of people with multiple usernames.

No, their style of play was feared by only non-elite teams in the regular season. All through the Nash/D'Antoni era, the Suns struggled against high-quality opposition, particularly in the playoffs.

However, it is true that some Suns players were used to their best advantage in the Nash/D'Antoni system, and now the weaknesses of those players are being exposed. We saw it year after year with Marion in the playoffs, but it looks now as though Barbosa is the next severe casualty.

I have never posted under a different username. This is my first post on this board.

The present and future of the Suns was forever changed by one play...the Robert Horry hip-check of Steve Nash. Without this, the suspensions for the next game do not occur, the Suns win the series, and ultimately win the NBA Championship.

Since they did not win the title, and the feeling they had to keep up with the Lakers and others, they traded for the Big Hasbeen, getting rid of Shawn Marion and sealing their quick departure in the playoffs. Then they get rid of the most unique coach in the NBA and replace him with a coach that has not proven himself in any way in the coaching ranks.

A unique coach who got rid of draft picks, signed wack players, used a 7-8 man rotation, hated rookies, didn't use the bench, wanted Shaq on our team, and called timeouts after were down by 18+.
