bill walton is such a suns hater cause he is so far up his sons ass in L.A. luke walton isn't even good.

He might be a lakers homer, but he rarely mentions his son's name or gameplay during his commentary. If anything I always felt he was extra critical on Luke.

But Walton is a looney

Luke Walton is having a very bad season in LA, after signing his new contract. I always think the performance in the first year of a new contract is the true identification of what kind of a player it is ...

Following Shaq's time in Miami, I got the idea that Bill Walton is actually a fan of Pat Riley. He was very hyped for Riley + Shaq combo when Shaq went to Miami in 2004. Maybe he is upset about Shaq trade.

Apache Junction?
Sorry.

Haha, no. North Phoenix: Central & Beardsley. They filled it in when a bunch of homes went up around there. There was/is also a quarry, cemetary, and wash; very prestigious area indeed. This was all before the northern portion of the 101 existed.

Bill Walton is an idiot

Here here, I agree. Who's hoo-hoo did he give a reach around to, to get a job in broadcasting? Lakers are always the best team in the NBA according to him. I'd rather watch a Suns game listening to a tape recording of Rosie O'donnell making love to Gilbert Godfried than listen to him announce the game.

His opinions are like a-holes, full of s__t.

Sorry to get vulgar and please don't ban me, but BW makes me want to punch him in the mouth.

Bill Walton is really funny. It seems that he actually likes the Suns more than any other team in the league.

I like Bill Walton as a analyst. I have to agree with his point about Shaq though. It is a slap in the face of the fans of the teams he plays for. His dedication and effort has beeb and will always be questioned. It does make you wonder about him. As far as Stephen A and Blilly that stuff is all show!

I just think it's funny because the Celtics picked up a broken-down Bill Walton en route to another championship.

Why does ESPN keep hiring washed up basketball personel and market them as "expert" analysts? Atleast TNT's entertaining when they spew the same BS over and over.

TNT guys are actually insightful. If you are looking for the origin of the BS that you hear over and over look no further than Kenny Smith and Doug Collins. Those guys actually have original takes on things, that are later repeated by all the obnoxious bastards on ESPN. I'd say Van Gundy is pretty good, and Mark Jackson is getting better.

Greg Anthony wishes he was Kenny Smith.

What was ESPN thinking by having Walton and Steven A on the same show? ESPN's basketball coverage is terrible.

Funny how for the last 3 years we only heard the praises from Walton about how D'Antoni was revolutionizing the game. Now, they're a joke in his eyes. Oh Bill, lay off the shroom.

Does anybody know what Shaq was talking about with him and Greg Ostertag as far as the "Big Man Pecking Order" goes? Did Shaq put up big numbers against Greg for talking smack or something?

Here is the response video of shack laying some verbal smack down on Bill Walton:

Awesome. Shaq wins hands down especially when he talks about Walton's injury plagued career (compared to Shaq) and how a lesser big man (Walton) should never talk down to a big man above him (Shaq) who has had the better career. At least he has more Championships to show for it.
