and after October 31st, when Boris isn't signed, you can then rip on Sarver for being cheap as well.

THERE'S NO ESCAPE FROM THE DARKSIDE! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
And when fans will find out that Amare is limping again... HAHAHA

I'm feeling sick... too much crap from the Cardinals...

I feel the same way. I am beaten down today. I can't stand it. Today was just disgusting. This was an ass kicking on another level. We have talent all over the field.... just not where it counts. THE OLINE!

All I could think of was... Michael and Rod talking about using the cap to re-sign core players and all that crap. What a freaking joke. Honestly there is absolutely no one out there I would re-sign at this point. I honestly thought these guys had a plan. I am really struggling to come up with words to describe how I feel. I feel lied to. I feel betrayed. I feel empty. I feel like every conceivable bad word uttered about this team is completely justified.

This organization does not deserve the amount of loyalty we have shown it.

I am totally embarrassed by the quality of football I have seen in the last two days from ASU, UofA and the Cards. This was a completely sickening weekend.

I am numb. This was so painful. I love football and have since I was a kid. I honestly am losing my love for the sport.

Cards if you cared you would fix the problem.

Clif, this may be the most disheartening post I've read in a long time. You and I have disagreed on much, and I always thought you came out on the side of optimism. I'm disgusted to my core, but if you're this fed up as well, then we've hit rock bottom. Ah well. At least we can be miserable together. We all can. Misery loves company :(

Everyone's words on this threadhit the nail right on the head.

It's like waiting for your present on Christmas, hoping for that shiny new bike... and all you get is another pair of socks.

And the socks are pink and green.

I have been a Cards fan forever. Followed them from 3 different cities. I learned long ago that I could not live or die based on the Cards or any other sports team performance. Expectations will eat away at you. I take the good stuff and treat it like entertainment. If it turns out bad, oh well. The sun comes up tomorrow, if I don't croak in the middle of the night. My favorite time of the year for Cards is pre draft, when hope is high and the fun comes back. I expalin the Cards consistency to bad ownership. This is a franchise that was under owned from Day one back in the 30's and nothing much has changed. The ownership has always been business first, performance secondary. Right now the Cards seem to be a Fantasy League special. A few good players, who will get some numbers and a whole bunch of not so good players who will collect a paycheck.

I hope the Cards get some wins this year, but if they don't , oh well, let the drama begin.

Clif is right about one thing. The Cards are a bunch of boobs.

This is just Cardinal football. You can better predict the outcome of the game based on the time of year and who the opponent is and what that team did the week before than on evaluation of players and coaches.

You nailed it wally! What's been the one constant? Ownership.
