The fact that Schroder is still slithering around out there somewhere is keeping me on edge.
Tick tock

Schroder and Payne could be a real threat if they could coexist.

All we did is Torrey Craig lol.

Torrey Craig is good. I'd still like to add a guard. Indiana should be a good home for Stix.

Jesus. If not for bad decisions this off-season we could have had both of these guys.

Not crazy that we gave up Stix for anything but back court help.

The last time the Suns played the Pacers, Craig really hung out with the Suns players. One could see he would like to return.

Maybe another move is in the works or via a buyout. Craig is the type of forward the Suns needed for depth.

I guess this puts Ish back in “break glass in case of emergency” land which is where he belongs because Craig can be more of a 4 next to our bigs, but man... sitting on our back-court issue just worries me if we don’t make any move to bolster there.

Can the people who get waved after all this mess be signed or do they have to wait?

This is a very Steve Keim type of move. I like James Jones, but his flaws are becoming fairly evident. This run of being the best team in the league isnt lasting long

I like Craig and he does seem to fit in. And he's much more reliable than Stix.
Indy will be good for Stix.

The Pacers gave Craig a 2 year contract for about $10 million.
no reason we couldn’t have matched that or at least given him something almost exactly like it starting a 2 year deal at the remaining 4.5 left in the MLE.

The Suns didn't pick up the option for Stix so a trade almost seemed inevitable. I still believe he can be good and the Pacers are a good place to land.

I think this was a horrible trade. Smith seemed to be getting better and they sent a 2nd round as well. Not a fan of it.

Craig was a free agent. I don't believe the Suns were offering it or he would have stayed here.

After all the Suns had Nader (sarcasm).
