I think Simmons will get more reps. We quite often more a safety down into man coverage in the slot on 3rd down and it would make sense to use Simmons there.
But it's Vance and its made sense to use Simmons that way all along so who knows. He probably gets less snaps.

He's one of those guys that bounces around the fringe of the 53. This is his 5th year and 4th team. He's normally that guy thats 4th safety and plays ST's or on the PS. He did have one decent season for the Giants in 2018 though with 4 INT's, 5 PDEFs and a defensive touchdown.
