Not sure why people are surprised that Grimm didn't even get a sniff for a HC job this offseason. He didn't get any serious consideration last offseason after getting interviewed by a few teams and was passed over by the team that knew him best. I dont think he will get any consideration next offseason either.

I think the Redskins definitly need tp get there act together. Their was a lot of speculation that Grimm was they're choice.Their are just to many coaching candidates out their for the media too have a clue as too who they we're looking at. Irregardless, they made the trip out to Arizona and may have found there guy. Unless, they just went too the zoo and visited the chinese monkey exhibit.I hope they at least stopped by too say hello too Bidwill.

Anyway, my biggest pet peave is using "your" instead of "you are" or "you're".

I don't care about any other grammatical mistake, I make plenty myself, but that one just drives me nuts for some reason.
