He is the founder and sole reason this place even exists today. It should be made known to everyone IMO so they can all pay their respects. There are plenty of people that just dont visit the Cards forum and quite frankly probably dont know.

Skkorps - Jim Skane - was my godfather and yes, he passed away today. He was an incredible man and a devoted Arizona Sports Fan. He was very proud of this site. And I can only say how amazing it is that he got to see the Cardinals in the Super Bowl before he died. It was a gift from the sports gods - and this man deserved it. I joined this site today, simply to post something, and I was grateful to already see a post. Please pass on the news. Thank you. The world has lost an amazing man today.

I am honored to say I have know this man my whole life. He has been my father's best friend for almost 40 years. I had never even visited this site before yesterday and I am not surprised to see how many lives he touched. He was incredible, truly. Thank you for redirecting me to the other thread. And thank you so much for the amazing words and thoughts you've all sent out. Peace.
