I'm puzzled why, if he's any good still, he has not received a single offer from any team nor been invited for any visit, as far as I know.

One of two reasons, IMO. One, he's asking for too much money, which means he'll wait as long as possible before settling on a team. In that scenario, I think he'll sign cheaper than what he'd like, because he does still want to play. On the other hand, he may just be biding his time until he decides to rejoin the Pats, which rumor has it is a possibility. Why not bring him in on a short contract, even if he is moderately overpaid? I think he would bring great vet leadership.

As long as we dont have any injuries. All it takes is one or two of them to come up lame after a play and we are scrambling for answers like last season. I just dont want to see Oliver Celestin on the field again, unless its special teams

As is any other team in the nfl with the exception of maybe Dallas. Even thats only if Pac-man gets reinstated.

The X-factor could easily be Rolle at FS.

If he, as expected, takes the FS position to a higher level than Holt, that would IMO help the CB situation even more than a better #4 CB.

So would a better pass rush. Hopefully with the FA's and the young rooks we can improve on that!
