I’d rather go with Javonte Williams in the 3rd than Harris in the 1st or 2nd if we go the RB direction.

Rounds 1/2 need to be reserved for premium positions, but I do think we need to use a top150 pick on RB given our weakness at that position and it’s relative importance in our scheme.

As I’ve written previously, I think Peterson could well get tagged or resigned on a discount (especially if we make the playoffs). That would give Keim more flexibility in the early rounds as to whether to take a CB. I would prefer we rid ourselves of Hicks. Cannot for the life of me see why anyone would want him back. I wouldn’t mind just picking the two highest rated front7 players for our first two picks, and then going RB in 3 and iOL/WR the rest of the draft. The RB better also be adept at catching the ball, as we have precious few guys who can.

Pugh has been solid. I’m not understanding letting him go.
I agree, want some consistency on the oline as well. Wouldn't be surprised if they resign Beacham and draft or sign a vet at rg.

Offensive line is about chemenstry, i would keep both Pugh and Beachum
Josh Jones doesn't look ready yet and Beachum is a solid cheap veteran
I would add a guard and a center in free agency and draft
A starter and someone who can grow a year behind the veteran

I'd keep Beachum of the price is low. Sign him to a two or three year deal.
