Soriano comes off DL and starts for Cubs (AP)

Alfonso Soriano came off the 15-day disabled list and right into the Chicago Cubs' lineup Tuesday as they began a key three-game series against the Milwaukee Brewers. Soriano sustained a small tear in his right quadriceps muscle as he ran the bases on Aug. 5 against the New York Mets. He went on the DL the next day and the Cubs were 8-11 without him in the starting lineup.
