Plot Summary: When decorated soldier Captain Colter Stevens wakes up in the body of an unknown man, he discovers he's part of a mission to find the bomber of a Chicago commuter train. In an assignment unlike any he's ever known, he learns he's part of a government experiment called the "Source Code," a program that enables him to cross over into another man's identity in the last 8 minutes of his life. With a second, much larger target threatening to kill millions in downtown Chicago, Colter re-lives the incident over and over again, gathering clues each time, until he can solve the mystery of who is behind the bombs and prevent the next attack.

Went and saw this one today. It was just OK for me. I had a hard time believing the whole concept of "source code". I had similar issues with the human matrix concept from "The Matrix". Sometimes I over analyze things and need to just let my mind go when I watch certain SiFi flicks like these. Still if the idea of something like the source code is so outlandish that I can't get over it, I find that to be a major flaw with a movie.

With that said I must say that the acting was quite good. Gyllenhaal does a fine job of playing the part. It's really the main thing that held this movie together for me.

If you like SiFi flicks like "The Matrix" or crazy SiFi concepts and twists like you would see on "The Twilight Zone", you would probably enjoy this movie.

Saw a different preview for it last night before The Adjustment Bureau. First one that made me kinda want to see it.

8.1 on IMDB and 88% on Rotten Tomatoes.

I just got back and liked it quite a bit. Unlike madcard I don't have an issue reaping my mind around things that arent really possible. :D

I liked it a lot. Found it a nice tribute to have Scott Bakula (Quantum Leap) as the father (voice only).

I saw it I thought it was pretty good but they should have ended it at the logical conclusion and not done the little bonus scene.

It was almost like an 'alternate ending' on a dvd and it felt like it didn't belong, plus it made no sense when compared to the entire concept of the source code.

This was a fun film. I'm not a big fan of sci-fi, but I'm a sucker for anything related to time travel. I thought they pulled it off well.
