Did anyone watch this? A guy I went to high school with has a recurring role in it, so I'm guaranteed to watch this. Not sure I would otherwise. The editing was manic. The storylines weren't compelling. The writing was sometimes way over the top.

The acting was excellent, though. I thought that much of it. Loved C. Thomas Howell's character. Hope he comes back.

I liked it and think it has a chance. On that note I should quit watching it so I dojn't get let down when it gets cancelled.

I was unsure about it, but the wife wanted to watch it since she is a big OC fan. It was not half bad, but I do not see it happening. To over to top and I agree about the editing. C. Thomas Howell will always be Pony Boy to me.

Loved the first episode. The second one is tonight and I'm putting it on DVR.

Am enjoying the show as a continuing reminder of why I am soooo happy I am no longer an Angelino.

Pretty sure I know most of the palm trees they've shown.

That's it. I'm hooked. The season ending episode was a stunner.

What a great show. I normally think cop shows are boring and repetitive, but this one is fascinating. And it's cool recognizing a lot of the locations.

If anyone is wondering what happened to this show, NBC canceled it in October. Unbelievable. And yet they're keeping Leno over a show like this. NBC had six episodes wrapped up and ready to air before halting production. TNT has picked up those six episodes, but that could be it. It doesn't sound like they're going to produce more than that.

Pretty sure NBC is being run by a crack head. Nothing they do makes sense.

They don't have enough content.

Cancel a show that's on every night and keep a show that's on just once a week? Come on, how does that NOT make sense, regardless of the show's quality?

The problem is that NBC doesn't have anything to put in Leno's place. Repeats will just mean less money.

Networks don't have to support the affiliates, but any decision that would hasten their demise is insanity. Leno in the news lead-in spot was insanity. Replacing Leno mid-year is double insanity.

So glad this show is back for a third season on TNT. Unfortunately I missed the first season on NBC, but have caught every episode from season 2 on. The only annoying part of the show is when they bleep out the f bomb. Say it, or don't say it.

Great show! Gonna be interesting to see how Sammy tries to avvenge his partners death. Maybe there is more behind his killing than him getting pissed off a about a blottle but who knows.

The partner's death was one of the most shocking things I have seen on TV. Not so much the violence, goodness knows there is plenty of that, but more the cringey, real feeling of it. The writers seem to have a way of shocking me without using typical shock value stunts.
