Christoph Waltz may be James Bond 24 Villain

http://www.denofgeek.us/movies/james-bond/241298/christoph-waltz-may-be-james-bond-24-villain

The new James Bond movie, which everyone can just call Bond 24 until we get a suitably wordy title, may have finally found its villain. Christoph Waltz, who has been making his fair share of genre films, can add "Bond villain" to his resume' soon enough.

Skyfall director Sam Mendes will return for Bond 24, as will (unsurprisingly) Daniel Craig. Dave Bautista is in as a heavy, and Lea Seydoux also has a key role. Bond 24 is set for a US release on November 6th, 2015.

Walz as main villain with Bautista as his henchman sounds like as formidable foes as Bond could ever have.

without even seeing a trailer, I'm BEYOND stoked to see this.

There are four HUGE movies next year I can't wait to see. Avengers 2, Hunger Games Part 2, Bond 24 and Star Wars 7. Man... that makes me kinda feel like a sequel *****, but those are all the big ones.

Yeah, I can't wait for the next Bond movie. Bond may not have been blond, but Daniel Craig pretty much nails everything else about the character. I liked the old Bond movies as something different, a cheese fest I watched before I read the books. Now I love the new Bond movies. Best of both worlds.

I dig all the Daniel Craig's Bond films and with the addition of the very talented actor Christoph Waltz, whom Tarantino made an American film star, Inglorious Bastards, Django Unchained, I cant wait for the release of Spectre.
I'm also looking forward to Waltz next three movies prior to Spectre. Big Eyes, Tulip Fever, and Tarzan.
I'm going to avoid any trailers of the movies that I'm excited to see. The trailer always gives away too much of the movie and by the time you do see it in the theater, the bit, gag or surprise is ruined.

Yeah, adding Waltz as Blofeld is just unfair to competing movies. This is setting up to be the best Bond movie yet, quite possibly, IMO.

Surprised about Hunger Games on your list. It's an event film, but I thought Mockingjay Part 1 had a lot of problems, not least of which being Jennifer Lawrence's worst film. But I would replace that with Jurassic World in your list and maybe add an honorable mention or two for Mad Max. I'm even looking forward to Pan, Tomorrowland, Minions, Mission Impossible 5 (which I'm surprised you didn't add to your list), and Crimson Peak.

I was disappointed by Mockingjay Part 1, but I loved the first two movies and Part 1 of 2s routinely suck. Still stoked to see how it all ends.

And I shoulda put Mad Max up there also. That one looks like a visual EPIC. My MI5 jones got taken down a notch after seeing the trailer. Still want to see it (the last one was easily one of the best action movies I've seen in a long time), but not a fever pitch.

As to Crimson Peak... I really want to be one of those people who go gaga over Del Toro, but I'm just not. Tomorrowland's trailers aren't doing much for me, but at least it's Brad Bird and an original concept... which is as rare as an Arizona Sports title these days!

And Jurassic World? Meh... Jurassic Park was one of my favorite books ever and I was thoroughly let down by the Spielbergification of it. He went wayyyyy too light on what was a dark, epic horror tale for my tastes and the sequels were atrocious. That said, I'm a big fan of Pratt and an even bigger fan of Colin Whateverthedirectorslastnameis, after Safety Not Guaranteed, but I'm not running out to see that one.

can I just say THANK GOD they rebooted this series when they did! The last couple Brosnan Bonds were godawful and so far they've struck gold with 2 of the first three in this reincarnation of the character and I'm super stoked to see if they go 3 for 4.

I find it amazing that it took this long for Monica Belucci to become a Bond girl...

Hear hear! I thought Brosnan was a good Bond, but he had to work with bad material. Craig has knocked it out of the park, but he's had great material to work with along the way.

When Craig steps back, I'd love to see them go the controversial route with Idris Elba too. Why not?

I thought Brosnan was a great Bond who had to work on scripts that became increasingly "cartoony". Goldeneye is still one of my all time favorites. Honestly, many of his Bond films that followed he alone kept them afloat. Some were better than others.

The franchise may have needed a reboot but Craig wouldn't have worked either if he was working on scripts like the Die Another Day. Although HB character was a good new take on a "Bond" girl in that movie.

Brosnan was solid, but I just never quite totally bought into him because his toughness to suave balance tipped a little too far on the suave side for me.

Elba would be awesome... and it would be fun to watch racists lose their lunch over that casting.

Oh they already have. I have been on forums that exploded the second it was suggested. LMAO.

Yeah, that'd be a hoot! Sadly, I know my father would go nuts about it--he didn't want Craig because he's blond. That's how much of a Bond purist my dad is.

In my opinion there is Sean Connery, Daniel Craig, Roger Moore, then everyone else. In that order. Craig has been waaay better than I expected. I watch James Bond movies whenever they come on. Drives my wife crazy.

Love him or hate him, this is pretty cool. :D

That was awesome and I think Brosnan was one of the best Bonds. Goldeneye still stands as one of my favorites.

I couldn't stand Roger Moore. He was campy and overacted in just about every scene he was in. Plus later when he made fun and spoofed his own character.....I never could see his version of Bond the same. LOL.

There is Sean, Pierce and Craig and then everyone else.
