She suffered a broken collarbone. That makes it a little more than a 'he said/she said' thing. It's amazing how some of you are putting a stupid game ahead of the fact that someone beat up a woman.

My god if I hadn't read the accounts of what happened I would think that he just flat out beat the hell out her by reading this board. I'm not saying that he wasn't in the wrong, but from the sounds of it she was completely flipping out on him and in a heated attempt to get her out of the way he went too far and pushed her and considering his strength a pretty routine push of a woman from him would send her to the ground pretty hard. Who knows maybe it didn't happen at all like this, but that is what it sounded like to me.

He'll settle civilly out of court then agree to have it reduced to a misdemeanor and due probation and counseling. maybe a little time in county. May or may not warrant a suspension.
