He could have called a timeout himself. But I am sure he wanted to draw a foul.

I have no doubt whatsoever that is exactly what KD was expecting -- a foul to be called. Especially after he got hit in the face.

Apparently you need to just start throwing elbows maybe then they call a damn foul! But agree should have called TO advanced the ball and ran a play or run the clock out. They don’t get the opportunity to steal and dunk from other end of court!
