Ah, the proverbial blind squirrel finds the acorn once in awhile. We all saw it last year. A team with decent talent gets hot at the right time and rides the momentum all the way to the big dance. It was AMAZING!! ...BUT that was then and this is now. The more I read about the front office's shenanigans the more I find it difficult to see how the Cards have really changed. Explain to me how a front office can take all the euphoria of last year and destroy it in less than a month?? It's almost beyond belief. I see solid coaching & leadership in Whiz' & staff. I see a roster w/ above average talent. I see a scouting dept. that has had more hits than misses in recent years. I see a loyal fan-base that grew in numbers last year. BUT what I DON'T see is an ownership willing to build a dynasty. That being said, in spite of mgmt.'s hindrance, we may STILL find our way back to the Super Bowl. Someday. GO CARDS!
