Stanford PF Andy Brown out for season again

One of the worst examples of if not for bad luck he'd have none at all. This should be the start of Brown's soph season at Stanford but he just tore his left ACL for the THIRD time in 2 years. Tore it as a senior in HS, tore it again as a freshman last season at Stanford, and tore it again. Apparently just making a jumpstop the thing gave way.

Brown was a HS teammate of the Wear twins at Mater Dei, not a great player by any stretch but a "glue guy" that had offers from several Pac 10 schools.

You gotta wonder after 3 times in 2 seasons if he'll just give up on basketball.

Brown probably figured the NBA was not going to happen so he decided to get a great education and valuable contacts by attending Stanford, wise choice.
