Arians, on best-case scenario for Stanton return: "Sunday." Realistically? "Sunday."

How nuts would that be? If lindley came out and played better than Stanton lol this season would just get even more bizarre! Here's hoping lindley comes out and plays lights out!

I would only consider playing him vs SF if we lose to seattle but even then there isnt much of a difference between being the 5 and 6 seed so probably best he sits either way

First of all, there's (almost?) zero chance of the Cardinals getting the #6 seed. If they lose to the Seahawks this weekend, they'll almost certainly be the #5 seed, unless the Cardinals then beat the 49ers and the Seahawks lose to the Rams and the Cardinals regain the #1 seed.

Second, there's a HUGE difference between being the #5 seed and playing at the winner of the horrid NFC south, and being the #6 seed and playing any of the other division winners! But because of the first point above, this point is moot.

Ding Ding Ding. Would much rather go play NFC South loser/winner. Let win this week so all games come through Glendale anyway.

Wouldnt it be funny if BA has been putting on the ultimate gamesmanship and Stanton runs out of the tunnel Sunday

This is exactly what I was thinking when I read this on Twitter yesterday. Thatd be something else. Him and keim have been kind of nonchalant about the injury.

Doubt he is active. I think BA wants him to be fresh for the playoffs no matter what happens between Seattle and sf.

The think I would love to see is Thomas starting against sf. Why would he start you say, because we are already the #1 seed. ;)

It's a tall order, but I believe we can still win this game. Didn't Max Freaking Hall beat New Orleans (if my memory serves me)?

Max Hall QB'd that winning game, but he did nothing to win it.

194 yards passing
1 INT
4 Sacks
0 TD's
4-15 on 3rd down conversions

2 Defensive TD's, Special Teams giving us good field position, Jay Feely FG's, and a Levi Brown fumble recovery/TD won the day.

We just need another game like that, I guess.

Stanton practiced today. Limited but still. Cardinals have not confirmed reports of acl/MCL sprain

Doesn't the team have to be more definitive about his status with the injury report on Friday

he said,..." Sunday"..... he did not however specify which " Sunday" he was referring to.

hell, I don't care if we have Fitz and John Brown taking turns throwing it to each other....we just need to win the game...after all the smack BA talked on the Rams after we beat them they just might let the hags win to screw us out of the number one seed.

on that note though.....very good chance the lambs beat the hags next week rather we win or lose this week.... Lambs play the hags well.
