Has stones man. To get pummeled like he did and continue to sit in the pocket and throw darts. Underrated.
I love him, but think of this. He is under contract next year. Palmer is not? I we re-sign Carson, what would another team trade to get Stanton right now?
I would not trade either and I would get Palmer onboard longer because we have just witnessed how injuries make depth important... especially at the QB position
I totally agree, but we are going to have to think hard on some strong offers in the offseason, IMO.

Oy vay!!! The Cards have a winning QB and you want to trade him??? I will never understand this kind of thinking.

Still don't think he is better than Palmer. Sure he hasn't thrown any picks in his 2 starts, but that isn't due to a lack of chances for the opposing defense. He has played really well for a back-up, but he hasn't exactly set the world on fire either. The guy is damn good! He has been sitting behind a QB that he should be playing in front of. Been wanting Stanton as our starter since game 4 last season. Solid and is only gonna get better!
Stanton = Alex Smith? Ball protection. Great decisions? Gamer!
The team believes in Stanton and he has chemistry with Floyd and Brown. No reason to change anything.

You have to keep him. When I saw Thomas warming up on the sidelines I almost had a stroke
No turnovers again this week
