Hazen has built it up the the 3rd best farm system and is making smart move to preserve it.

What a great situation! We gained at two positions, plus returning Ketel and Escobar to one position each.
And keeping Lamb out of the starting lineup at 3B.

We have a top of the rotation pitcher, we have an everyday center fielder and we have an All Star everyday
second baseman. Plus keeping our third baseman at third base.

It is nice to see a Phoenix GM who can see beyond the end of his nose.
